Hello….

Welcome to Sunbird Therapy and Consulting.

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social worker, Synergetic Play Therapist, and EMDR provider.

I have experience in working with neuro-divergent people and identify as a neuro-divergent person. I am mom to 3 kiddos, with a mixed bag of neuro-divergent brains.

I have supported children, adolescents, families, and adults therapeutically for over 15 years and specifically have experience in trauma, attachment, neurobiology, autism, and ADHD.

I love…swimming in the ocean, walks on the beach, music, dancing, and a deep dive into anything about our brains.

I am lucky to live on Peek Wurrung country, with all its beautiful landscapes, fauna, and flora.
